FROM INSPIRATIONS TO REALIZATION

Design
is a process of transforming multiple influences in the designer's
mind, which determinates the final result. As an architect, I always look
at my surroundings analytically. I see the code that, in many cases,
has been used to achieve a specific result, both aesthetically and
technically.

All
my designs always started from the drawings. Inspirations hate to wait!
That's why architects learned to draw. The idea that flashed in the
mind need to be visualized as quick as possible. Even few lines can be
critical not to loose it !

The
drawings helps better to understand the form and the light which is
cutting the shapes. No matter if it's the building or a aluminum
"brick" for the cable...! This is the most important difference between
hand-drawing and the computer-designing- capturing the light!

When
the design is ready for the next step we start creating the first
prototypes on CNC cutting machines. This is the right time to discuss
whether they meet our expectations. At this stage, we also begin cable
auditions, which demonstrate whether the design assumptions have proven
effective in practice.
